Our fantastic pub quiz is held every other Sunday evening at 8pm for 8:30pm start. Entry cost is £1 per person with maximum of four persons in a team (sometimes we allow exceptions, after all, its just a good old bit of fun!) The quiz is run by barman Dan. Each week the rounds will vary and no one can ever guess what’s coming the next week! It’s always something different!
Along side the pub quiz, we run a raffle for a full English breakfast for you to take home and cook at a £1 a ticket and also The Lucky Snowball.
The Lucky Snowball is a ticketed raffle to win the chance to pick one of three envelopes. In those envelopes is a different question of differential difficulty. If you answer your question correctly you win the pot money for the snowball. If the question is answered incorrectly, the pot money rolls over to the next quiz night. Currently the prize fund is at around £150. Raffle tickets are £1 each. You can buy more than 1 raffle ticket for more chances to win.
